Sydney’s International Convention Centre hosted the fourth Australian IFLC with a spectacular global program.
The International Festival of Language and Culture (IFLC) is an annual celebration that showcases the range of linguistic talents and cultural diversity from around the world. IFLC started in 2003 in Turkey with students from 17 countries. In 2014, 145 countries took part in events across the world.
In 2018, ICC Sydney hosted the Australian edition of IFLC, welcoming performers, families and dignitaries for an afternoon that celebrated the many cultures that call Australia home. The program featured traditional and contemporary performances from communities across the globe, reflecting the festival’s enduring message of unity through diversity.
