In a time when many across the world are worried about migration and cultural diversity, Australia provides an example of how to welcome and integrate a diverse community. Our social cohesion is our most important institution in the 21st century. The focus on language at this event highlights how fundamental it is to the Australian people. I wish everyone an enriching experience at this wonderful event.
